Registration Costs

Please note that registration is only complete once we receive your payment. Simply filling out the registration form is not considered a complete registration. This also means that if you have filled in the registration form before the early bird deadline, but have not yet paid, that you will have to pay the current registration fees.

Registration will be open until the conference. There will be no onsite (cash) registration. Moreover, if you make the money transfer later than one week before the conference starts (longer transfer times should be taken into account for those outside the European Community), you need to bring a proof that the money transfer has been accomplished to the conference (also stating the amount of money that has been transferred).

Registered PhD students should send proof of their PhD status via email.

To pay the conference fee, please make a money transfer to the following account:

  • Recipient: Institut für Wissensmedien
  • Name of the bank: Kreissparkasse Tuebingen
  • For money transfers within Germany:
    · Bankleitzahl: 641 500 20
    · Kontonummer: 2 722 977
  • For money transfers from outside of Germany:
    · IBAN: DE73 6415 0020 000 2 722 977

It is absolutely vital that as a reason for transfer you mention EARLI-SIG2 as well as your name so that we can unambiguously decide where the money belongs.

Important: Payment must be completed separately and you are not deemed to have registered for the conference until payment has been received.
