Submission guidelines
The presentation format will be either oral presentation or poster with ample opportunity for discussion (in both formats). Presentations will be organized in sessions around common themes.
If you want to contribute a presentation, please send your proposal before April 7, 2010 by email to SIG2-2010(aτ)iwm-kmrc.de as an attached file in PDF format. Submissions will be reviewed by a committee of SIG members. A notice of acceptance will be sent before May 17, 2010.
Emails for submitting a paper should include the following information:
- Subject line: SUBMISSION: <SURNAME OF FIRST AUTHOR>
- Title of the presentation
- Name(s), affiliation(s), address, and email address of the author(s)
- Preference for an oral or poster presentation
- Abstract of 150 words
- A proposal of maximally 3 pages in pdf format named <SURNAME OF FIRST AUTHOR>.pdf
The conference language is English. A submission template can be found here: SIG2_submissiontemplate.doc. Please adhere to this template when preparing your proposal.
All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, who are members of the scientific committee of the conference.
Papers accepted for the conference will be made available for public download at the conference’s website (online conference proceedings). We do not plan any further publication of the submissions (e.g., in a book) in order to not compromise later publication in a journal.
